Fixed price quoting

If you’ve ever built a home before, you’ve probably run into some ‘unexpected expenses’ along the way. This is pretty common in the building industry, and it’s not something we’re a fan of at all. It shows a lack of planning from building companies and a lack of commitment to you as the customer.

This is precisely why we offer fixed price quotes and remain completely open and honest about all expenses. Even when there are expenses outside of our control, such as stamp duty, legal fees, site testing and more, we still make you aware of what you can expect to pay. This makes it easier for you to budget and removes the risk of any surprises along the way.

With Avondale Homes, you get a clear build contract outlining all of your expenses with us, and you won’t pay a cent more. In addition, we also only charge a $1,500 deposit until the council has approved your plans. This deposit is refundable if your home finance is declined for any reason. 48-hour turnaround for build contracts

Believe it or not, some building companies can delay construction commencement because the build contract takes 6-8 weeks to prepare. That’s not acceptable to us, and ultimately, it’s just wasted time that could be spent getting ready to start construction. So, we’ve removed this frustrating barrier by promising a 48-hour turnaround on build contracts.

As custom home builders, we appreciate that the planning process can take some time, especially while final plans are agreed upon. However, we won’t delay the process any further by taking 6-8 weeks to prepare a build contract. When you build your home with Avondale Homes, you can potentially save 2 months of total build time because of the speedy build contract alone.
