    Disclaimer:
    *Job Start Terms and conditions apply. Unconditional Finance approval must be within 4 weeks of the date of the signed build contract. Land must be settled and in the name of the parties that enter into the build contract. Subject to Covenant Approval timeframe – allowance of 5 working days for approval from lodgement. Subject to Plumbing Approval timeframe – allowance of 15 working days from lodgement. Subject to Colour Studio Selections completed – allowance of 10 working days from the date of the signed contract.
