We design all of our homes with comfort and liveability in mind, but that doesn’t mean you’ll find something that’s absolutely perfect. That’s ok, because customising home designs is just something we do. You shouldn’t have to settle for something that’s not perfect, so just let us know what you need. If you find a home design you love, but want a few tweaks to the layout, that’s no problem. We don’t even charge an additional fee.

Whatever your situation, waiting for your new home can be frustrating. We’ve removed this lengthy delay from our schedule, so we can start building your new home sooner. Also, we only require a $1500 deposit until your plans are approved by the council.
Fixed-price contracts
Unfortunately, many home builders are met with a seemingly endless parade of additional costs and unexpected expenses through their home build. We don’t believe in doing business that way, so we’ve taken that risk away for our customers. Once you’re satisfied with the design, the plans and all inclusions, we provide a fixed-price contract. You won’t pay a cent more.
Budgeting is never easy, especially when you’re building your dream home. So, with our fixed-price contracts, you can rest easy knowing that there’ll be no surprises along the way.
